Position: Senior Architect
Location: Anywhere in the world

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients to understand their strategic goals and business objectives.
• Lead architecture design and implementation efforts to support clients’ digital acceleration initiatives.
• Leverage expertise in technology to develop tailored solutions that align with clients’ specific needs and objectives.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to our clients team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies, providing thought leadership and strategic guidance to clients and your peers.
• Utilize frameworks such as the IASA BTABOK, Archimate, TOGAF, and Zachman to drive architecture excellence and ensure alignment with industry best practices.
• Work with architecture tools such as LeanIX, ValueBlue, Ardoc, Mega, and BizzDesign to facilitate architecture modeling and documentation.
• Demonstrate a broad knowledge of platforms from large vendors like Microsoft, Amazon, SAP, Oracle and Google, understanding their capabilities and how they can be leveraged to meet clients’ needs.
• Serve as a strategic advisor to clients, advocating for architecture strategies that drive business value and competitive advantage.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 15+ years of experience in IT architecture, with a proven track record of delivering successful architecture solutions.
• Ideally board certified by IASA, demonstrating a commitment to excellence and adherence to industry standards.
• Proficiency in architecture frameworks such as Archimate, TOGAF, and Zachman.
• Experience working with architecture tools such as LeanIX, ValueBlue, Ardoc, Mega, and BizzDesign.
• Strong understanding of Cloud & AI technologies, with experience leveraging them to drive business transformation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with clients and internal teams.
• Strategic mindset, with the ability to align architecture strategies with clients’ business goals and objectives.
• Proven leadership abilities, with experience mentoring and guiding junior team members.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, adapting quickly to changing priorities and requirements.
